CLARKSVILLE, Ark. - Following getting a weekend off following the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, both men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Ozarks Cross Country Invitational Saturday in Clarksville, joining several other in-state teams including Williams Baptist University and Crowley's Ridge College. The women's team carded a third-place finish after recording 71 total points and finishing with a total time of 2:03:09 while it was senior Nathan Andress who led the way for the men's team after finishing with a 29:49.6 time in the men's 8K. Rachel Allen registered a third-place individual finish as well, recording a 21:14.9 time in the women's 5K.
